Power compatibility: the package specification lists an EU adapter. Customers in other regions should confirm plug compatibility and use an appropriately certified 5 V / 2 A adapter if needed.
Important setup and safety notes
- Use only compatible dry kibble and test several dispensing cycles with your food before relying on a schedule.
- Confirm every scheduled meal in the app and check the bowl and food level daily.
- Backup batteries are intended for short interruptions. In battery-only mode, app and network functions are unavailable, while stored schedules are designed to continue.
- This feeder does not replace daily human care, fresh water or monitoring, and should not be the sole feeding method during extended absence.
- Use only the official app named in the supplied manual, choose a strong unique password and keep app and device firmware updated where available.
