Refund policy

PetoPop strives to ensure that every pet parent is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. Products that have been customized or personalized are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. You must also provide a valid receipt or order number to complete your request.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@petopop.live. We will provide you with the appropriate return shipping address and instructions. Please be advised that we cannot accept items sent back to us without a prior return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue promptly and ensure a proper resolution is provided.

Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@petopop.live.
