Available shipping methods and charges are shown for your destination at checkout before payment.

Shipping Method

We select the carrier and shipping service for each order. Delivery-date and time-slot requests are generally not available.

Dispatch and Delivery Estimates

Orders may be shipped directly from international partner fulfillment centers. Destination-specific delivery estimates are shown at checkout or in your order information. Delivery can take longer during peak periods, severe weather, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

When tracking is available, we will send a tracking number or link after dispatch. For urgent questions, contact info@petopop.live before ordering.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Depending on the destination, import duties, taxes, brokerage, or handling fees may apply unless checkout states that they are included. Any destination-country charges not collected at checkout are the recipient’s responsibility.

Damage During Shipping

International shipping can occasionally cause scuffs or dents to the outer packaging. If the product itself is damaged, defective, or not working correctly, contact info@petopop.live with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
