Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For US customers, orders under $800 are typically exempt from import duties (Section 321). Petopop is not responsible for any additional customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages & Lost Packages
